Colin Shute

Colin Shute, founder and group CEO for SBFM, is responsible for the organisation’s business strategy, from customer support and technology to data-led services. Colin is dedicated to the reliability, excellence and continual improvement of the organisation. He is also the chair of the Government's Employment Advisory Board, a programme that links prison leavers with local employers. Colin and his colleagues aim to drive the company forward through the programme Evolve, which provides career pathways to under-represented groups.
