Giles is an experienced HR and Recruitment professional. He has recruited for a number of blue chips as a consultant before joining IBM, later developing into other areas of HR as well. He is now the HR Associate Director for a leading global recruitment, talent management and RPO organisation, but has also continued to provide CV writing, interview and networking support to military, police, public and private sector clients for over a decade
